近日，工银理财发布关于董事长任职的公告，根据《国家金融监督管理总局关于吴茜工银理财有限责任公司董事、董事长任职资格的批复》（金复〔2025〕209号），自2025年4月3日起，吴茜担任工银理财有限责任公司董事、董事长，同时担任公司董事会战略与提名薪酬委员会主席。根据《工银理财有限责任公司章程》规定，公司法定代表人已相应变更。、
