4月25日消息，港股内房股盘初拉升，金辉控股大涨超53%，融信中国涨超13%，旭辉控股集团、远洋集团、富力地产涨超9%，融创中国、世茂集团、雅居乐集团涨超8%，中梁控股、中国金茂涨超6%。
消息面上，花旗集团策略师呼吁投资者建仓中国房地产股票，因为政策支持和更好的管理实践有望提升该行业的盈利能力。花旗分析师Griffin Chan和Cindy Li在周三的报告中表示：“我们预计，未来两年将是布局中国房地产板块的好时机，随着资产周转和定价的改善，其股本回报率有望持续提升。”
