北京商报讯（记者王寅浩李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，4月24日北京新房网签369套，网签面积26613.27平方米，其中住宅网签117套，网签面积15234.37平方米；二手房网签704套，网签面积62495.86平方米，其中住宅网签633套，网签面积57543.67平方米。
