4月24日晚间，爱尔眼科发布2024年年报称，2024年营业收入为209.83亿元，同比增长3.02%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为35.56亿元，同比增长5.87%；基本每股收益为0.3847元/股，同比增长5.57%；
此外，爱尔眼科还拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利1.6元(含税)，送红股0股(含税)，以资本公积金向全体股东每10股转增0股。
