4月23日，贝壳（02423/BEKE）发布公告，2025年4月22日，在纽约证券交易所回购股份45万股，回购金额为300万美元。
根据回购授权的决议，可回购的股份总数为3.68亿股。截至公告披露日，已回购股份9960万股，约占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的2.709%。
