齐鲁网·闪电新闻4月22日讯幽门螺杆菌长着长长的鞭毛，所以能够在胃里游动。它会分泌一种物质氨，是一种碱性物质，会破坏我们的胃酸，降低我们胃酸的酸度，从而造成其它一些细菌的生存。另外，它本身会造成我们胃黏膜一些炎症的发生，它的代谢物还会改变我们细胞的代谢程序，导致癌前病变，进一步发展为胃癌。
