据北京市气象局消息，北京市发布大风蓝色预警。
受冷空气影响，23日上午至前半夜北京市大部分地区有3、4级偏北风，阵风7级左右，局地伴有扬沙，请注意防范。
另外，明后两天气温先升后降，户外出行还请适时调整着装，谨防感冒。预计4月23日至4月30日，白天最高气温22~29℃℃，夜间最低气温8~17°C。
