4月22日，上海银行发布公告称，今日公司董事会收到董事长金煜的辞呈。因年龄原因，金煜辞去公司董事长、执行董事、董事会战略委员会主任委员职务。金煜辞任自辞呈送达董事会之日起生效。金煜辞任后不再担任公司任何职务。金煜已确认其与公司董事会无不同意见，亦没有任何其他事项需要通知公司股东或债权人。
