据英国媒体4月21日报道，数据显示，去年英国全国有近5万名患者在医院急诊室需要等待超过24小时后才能被安排住院，较2023年增长19.8%，较2022年增长57.9%。部分急诊患者更是得等待长达10天才能住院接受治疗。（CCTV国际时讯）
