中国交建4月21日公告，收到董事长王彤宙《关于提议中国交建回购公司部分A股股份的函》；并于同日收到控股股东中国交通建设集团有限公司（简称中交集团）《关于增持中国交建股份的函》。中国交建计划回购公司A股股份，回购股份的资金总额为5亿元-10亿元，本次回购股份将全部进行注销。中交集团计划增持中国交建H股股份，增持股份的资金总额为2.5亿元-5亿元，资金来源为中交集团自有资金。
