鲁阳节能4月21日公告，公司董事会于2025年4月18日收到公司副总经理唐源的书面辞职报告，唐源因个人原因辞去公司副总经理职务，辞职后将不再担任公司及公司控股子公司任何职务。唐源的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
