Recently, DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu Xinglong Lake has created a unique catering media feast with the theme of "Lake Charm Tianfu, Journey of Gourmet". 首站设于酒店时尚现代的全日制餐厅,以「烟熏三文鱼沙拉配混合时蔬」拉开味觉帷幕。挪威三文鱼经果木轻熏,搭配脆嫩有机时蔬与柠檬莳萝酱汁,以清新口感呼应窗外湖景的澄澈灵动,开启一场自然与美食的对话。紧接着以一道「条扒澳洲和牛配手工德式面根」颠覆传统头盘定义。M5+级和牛战斧部位经备长炭炙烤,焦化外壳下透出樱花色肌理,搭配巴伐利亚传统手法揉制的蛋香面疙瘩(Spatzel)。用刀叉切开肉排的瞬间,琥珀色肉汁与落地窗外湖畔的粼粼波光共谱出一曲湖岸狂想。
The journey began with hotel's sleek and modern Origin All-Day Dining Restaurant, where the "Smoked Salmon Salad with Mixed Vegetables" kicks off the palate. Norwegian salmon is lightly smoked with fruit wood, served with crisp organic vegetables and lemon dill sauce, and the fresh taste echoes the clarity of the lake scenery outside the window, opening a dialogue between nature and food. This was followed by a dish of "Grilled Australian Wagyu beef with handmade German noodles" to subvert the traditional definition of starter. The M5+ grade Wagyu tomahawk is grilled over Bincho charcoal, and the cherry-colored texture reveals under the charred shell, and is served with a traditional Bavarian kneading egg gnocchi (Spatzel). The moment you cut the steak with a knife and fork, the amber gravy and the sparkling waves of the lakeside outside the floor-to-ceiling windows create a lakeshore rhapsody.

移步至典雅的中餐厅,六道主菜以川粤风味为轴,演绎传统与创新的碰撞。「椒麻脆皮乳鸽」以汉源花椒赋予酥脆表皮灵魂震颤的麻香;「金汤耙豌豆堂灼东星斑」将川式金汤的浓鲜注入深海东星斑,搭配手工耙豌豆的绵密口感,将道地巴蜀人家风味品质呈现;「炝锅油辣子雪花牛肉 M9」则以火焰炙烤锁住牛肉脂香,泼入现制辣椒油,上演视觉与味觉的双重震撼。「石锅黑松露拌饭」的登场,更以沸腾香气为盛宴画上浓墨重彩的一笔。
Move to the elegant Ju Chinese Restaurant, where six main courses are based on the flavors of Sichuan and Cantonese, interpreting the collision of tradition and innovation. "Sichuan Pepper Crispy Pigeon" uses Hanyuan peppercorns to give the crispy skin a trembling numb aroma; "Golden Pumpkin Soup with Leopard Coral Grouper” infuses the thick freshness of Sichuan-style golden soup into the deep sea Leopard Coral Grouper, and matches the dense taste of hand-raked peas to present the flavor quality of authentic Bashu flavor; "Flame-Seared M9 Wagyu Beef with Chili Oil" is grilled with a flame to lock in the fat aroma of the beef, and freshly made chili oil is poured to stage a double shock of sight and taste. The debut of the "Stone Pot Black Truffle Bibimbap" adds a strong touch to the feast with its boiling aroma.

As the afternoon sun pours down, guests head to the outdoor garden to begin with a sweet end to the dappled shadows and sparkling waves. "Chocolate Raspberry Cake with Seasonal Fruits" is an artistic look that combines the richness and bitterness of 70% black mousse with the bright acidity of raspberry jam, accented with freshly picked mint and green lime, echoing the swaying early summer vibrancy in the garden. The waiter serves special tea and coffee according to the need of the guests, and the breeze brings the fragrance of the bamboo forest in the distance, and the hustle and bustle of the city turns into ripples in the cup, interpreting the poetic footnotes of the laid-back charm life style of Tianfu.
