人民财讯4月18日电，四川九洲(000801)4月18日晚间公告，公司拟以1亿元—2亿元回购股份用于注销并减少注册资本，回购价格为不超过26.37元/股。公司已经取得中国银行四川省分行《贷款承诺函》，承诺向公司提供最高不超过1.8亿元的回购公司股票贷款，贷款期限三年。
