国新办举行一季度有关经济数据例行新闻发布会，工业和信息化部信息通信发展司司长谢存表示，一季度向13家外资企业发放增值电信业务经营试点批复，鼓励外资企业投资中国、深耕中国。截至3月底，我国已有超过2400家外商投资电信企业，较去年同期增长26.5%。
