西安市依法取缔“西安伯利恒教会”
3月28日，陕西省西安市民政局发布《关于取缔“西安伯利恒教会”的公告》称，经查，“西安伯利恒教会”未经登记，擅自以社会团体名义开展活动，认定为非法社会组织。现依据《取缔非法民间组织暂行办法》第二条第（二）项、第九条和《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十二条的规定，决定予以取缔。
