当地时间4月16日，世界卫生组织在日内瓦宣布，各会员国已就“大流行协定”草案达成一致。这一协定旨在提升全球应对未来大流行病的能力，推动资源共享，并实现疫苗和药物的公平分配。协定还强调加强各国卫生体系建设，提升应对突发公共卫生事件的能力，包括监测、应急响应和疫苗生产能力等。
