近日，从山西省邮政管理局传来消息，山西省将进一步规范农村地区快递末端服务，维护消费者合法权益，禁止不合规不合理的取件收费行为。经营快递业务的企业不得以超过派送范围或经营困难等为由，强行向收件人加收快件派送费；收件人自取快件时，无正当理由不得向收件人收取额外运输费或保管费，或收取未予标明的费用。
