我太爱吃这个油豆腐丝炒肉末了,软软的特别入味,一口爆汁,伴着米饭吃好好吃~
食材:油豆腐丝400g,前夹肉末150g,大蒜2颗
做法:
1️⃣油豆腐切丝备用,肉末加胡椒粉➕酱油➕蚝油➕油抓匀
2️⃣起锅热油,放蒜子和小米椒,一勺豆瓣酱中小火炒香炒出红油,放入肉末炒变色后接着倒入油豆腐丝翻炒均匀,调味加点盐/胡椒粉/生抽/蚝油炒匀,接着倒入适量开水,放上大蒜段焖煮2,3分钟即可
