人民财讯4月15日电，欧菲光(002456)4月15日晚间公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买南昌市产盟投资管理有限公司持有的欧菲微电子（南昌）有限公司28.25%股权，并募集配套资金。因未就江西晶浩48.93%股权的交易对价等达成一致意见，公司不再推进江西晶浩48.93%股权收购事宜。公司证券自2025年4月16日开市起复牌。
