人民财讯4月15日电，黔源电力(002039)4月15日晚间公告，中国华电拟通过控股子公司中国华电集团产融控股有限公司增持公司股份，累计增持比例不低于公司总股本的0.85%且不超过总股本的1.70%，增持期限为上市公司公告之日起6个月内。中国华电为公司控股股东，乌江水电、华电产融为其一致行动人。
