人民财讯4月14日电，金徽酒(603919)4月14日晚间公告，公司拟投资实施生态智慧产业园四期技改项目，经委托第三方代理机构公开招标，关联方甘肃懋达建设工程有限公司（简称“懋达建设”）中标，公司拟与懋达建设签订工程施工合同，合同金额为6.69亿元。
