当地时间4月13日，乌克兰国家紧急情况局表示，截至当天18时，俄罗斯对苏梅市的导弹袭击已造成34人死亡，另有117人受伤。
13日早些时候，乌克兰苏梅市代理市长科布扎尔发文表示，当天俄罗斯使用导弹袭击了该市，造成多人死伤。救援行动仍在继续。
