2025年4月11日晚高峰期间，内蒙古鄂尔多斯市东胜区交管大队岗勤三中队民警袁萌、刘晓云巡逻至内蒙古鄂尔多斯市东胜区文青街与富兴北路交叉路口，发现大风将光缆吹落，悬空倒地，存在极大安全隐患，民警迅速行动，徒手托举光缆线，保障车辆安全有序通行。
