4月11日，澎湃新闻记者从 @警民直通车-静安 获悉，一男子因虚构不实信息被依法行政拘留。
经查，2025年4月10日，余某（男，30岁）为博取眼球、吸引关注，编造所谓自已多次在女子监狱门口“猎艳”的虚假信息，并发布在网上，造成恶劣社会影响。目前，余某已被依法行政拘留。
