根据最新气象资料综合分析，11日到12日，受强冷空气影响，长沙市有一次大到暴雨并伴强对流天气过程，主要降雨时段为11日下午到夜间，最大雨强40毫米到60毫米/小时，部分地区有8到10级雷雨大风和冰雹。
根据上述情况，4月11日13时起，长沙市气象局启动气象灾害（暴雨、强对流）Ⅳ级应急响应。
