11日到13日，天津将出现极端大风和降温天气，昨天，天津发布陆地大风橙色预警+海上大风橙色预警：11日夜间，天津西北风5-6级，阵风8-9级，12日西北风6-7级，阵风10-12级，伴有浮尘或扬沙。最高气温市区降至14℃左右，降温幅度在14℃。
