北京商报讯（记者 岳品瑜 董晗萱）4月10日，人民银行上海市分行发布行政处罚信息，上海汇付支付有限公司被警告，处以罚款人民币223万元。涉及违法行为包括违反清算管理规定、违反商户管理规定、与身份不明的客户进行交易。时任公司总裁穆某洁、时任收单事业部助理总裁高某山分别被罚款10万元、1万元。
