格隆汇4月10日丨三环集团(300408.SZ)公布，拟回购资金总额不低于人民币1.5亿元且不超过人民币2亿元公司股份，回购价格上限不高于董事会通过回购股份决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%，即不超过人民币57.79元/股，用于股权激励计划或员工持股计划。
