【财华社讯】一元宇宙(01616.HK)公布，公司独立非执行董事郭柏成将须根据公司组织章程细则轮值退任，且将不会于公司将于2025年5月26日或前后召开的股东周年大会重选连任。
董事会宣布，宋大潍获委任为独立非执行董事，自2025年4月9日起生效。
