4月8日晚间，中邮证券官宣，郭成林由于工作变动，不再担任中邮证券董事、董事长、法定代表人，公司现任董事、总经理龚启华代为履行公司董事长、法定代表人职务，直至选举产生新任董事长、法定代表人开始履职之日止。记者了解到，郭成林自2021年1月起任中邮证券有限责任公司董事、董事长。
