财联社4月9日电，德国科学家团队从一种暗褐网褶菌中分离出3种新型苦味化合物，其中寡孢菌素D展现出惊人的苦味强度，或成为目前已知的最苦物质。这项成果发表于最新一期《农业与食品化学杂志》。
