Arla Foods与DMK Group当地时间4月8日宣布合并意向，将组建欧洲最大乳制品合作社，目标实现190亿欧元的综合收入。
合并后的实体将使用Arla的名称，总部设在丹麦维比。Jan Toft Nørgaard和Peder Tuborgh将分别担任董事长与首席执行官。
此次拟议合并需获得合作社代表委员会以及监管部门批准。
