近日，深圳中院公布一例案件：男子贾某婚内与杨某交往并转账287万余元。原配林某起诉杨某要求归还。杨某辩称，款项为贾某自愿赠与，用于投资、购车及共同开销。法院审理认为贾某赠与行为无效，杨某应退还林某夫妻共同财产268万余元，判决已生效。
