格隆汇4月7日丨亨利加集团(03638.HK)公告，部分要约于2025年4月7日截止。于本联合公告日期下午4时正，要约人已收到：(i)合共28,118,499股股份的部分要约的有效批准，相当于要约人及其一致行动人士未持有股份约51.80%。
