3月18日，沈阳市自然资源局发布“商业2期（汇德大厦）项目规划许可批前公示”。
本次批复的是该商业大厦10层以上的建筑，规划第10-11层设计为商业，第12-17层设计为酒店式公寓，第18-20层设计为商业。
该项目位于南京南街与长白中路交汇处，毗邻安泰小区及地铁4号线长白岛站。
