安徽省淮南市市民张坡称，自己在2024年6月被当地公安机关，单方面强制关进精神病院，强制检查治疗长达22天被限制自由。4月5日，淮南市发布情况通报，已成立由市人民检察院、市司法局等多单位组成的联合调查组。
依法依规依纪对相关问题开展全面调查，调查结果将及时公布。
