人民网北京4月4日电 (记者孙阳)今日，商务部新闻发言人表示，为维护国家安全和利益，履行防扩散等国际义务，根据《中华人民共和国出口管制法》和《中华人民共和国两用物项出口管制条例》等法律法规有关规定，商务部发布公告决定将16家美国实体列入出口管制管控名单，禁止对其出口两用物项。这些实体存在可能危害中国国家安全和利益的行为，任何出口经营者不得违反上述规定。
