近日，福建厦门，男子托运行李到站后多出条旧丝袜，厦门航空：可能航程中出现颠簸，发生碰撞导致敞开。为了表达歉意，厦门航空表示退机票、行李箱破损、衣物干洗、食宿等费用，合计约4500元。对于这个处理结果，魏先生表示接受。
