财联社4月4日电，据美国警方3日公布的消息，当天15时22分左右，一名因服用不明物质而处于“精神错乱”状态的男子在华盛顿特区刺伤他人，造成6人受伤。警方称，嫌疑人也刺伤了自己，现已被拘留，受害者目前情况稳定。
