人民财讯4月3日电，4月3日晚，上海东方证券资产管理有限公司（东方红资产管理）公告，总经理张锋因个人原因离任，离任日期为4月3日；由公司党委书记、董事长杨斌代任总经理职务。东方红资产管理表示，上述变更事项，已经公司第四届董事会第二十九次会议审议通过，并将按有关规定进行备案。
