智通财经APP讯，INTERRA ACQ-Z(07801)公布，最终赎回已于2025年4月3日完成，就此而言，赎回价已正式支付予所有A类股份持有人，所有A类股份已被赎回及注销，而所有上市认股权证已于2025年4月3日到期。
根据联交所于2025年3月21日发出的函件，联交所已确认证券的最后上市日期将为2025年4月9日，而证券将根据上市规则第18B.74条于2025年4月10日上午九时正起取消上市。取消上市后，该公司将不再受上市规则所规限。
自2024年11月1日起，公司股份及上市认股权证已于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖直至2025年4月9日为止。
