人民财讯4月3日电，上交所发布《上海证券交易所程序化交易管理实施细则》，其中提出，明确程序化交易导致证券交易出现重大异常波动，或者因不可抗力等突发性事件可能影响交易正常进行的，上交所可以按照业务规则采取限制交易、停牌停市等处置措施。明确对异常交易行为的监管协同安排。
