东方明珠（600637）发布公告，公司于2025年4月3日收到董事钟璟的辞呈，因工作变动原因辞去公司董事职务及相关专门委员会职务。
钟璟的辞任不会导致公司董事会人数低于法定最低人数，因此辞呈自送达董事会之日起生效，钟璟将不再担任公司任何职务。
2024年前三季度，东方明珠实现收入51.88亿元，归母净利润7.19亿元。
