4月2日，宝胜股份（600973）发布公告，公司副总经理房权生因个人工作变动辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
公告指出，房权生的辞职不会影响公司相关工作的开展和正常生产经营。
2024年，宝胜股份实现收入463.60亿元，归母净利润-3.00亿元。
