金融界4月2日消息，有投资者在互动平台向云南锗业提问：根据锗属性，通过动态调控锗晶体管的电子/空穴复合阈值，实现与非门、或非门等逻辑功能的实时切换，减少50%以上晶体管数量需求。公司是否和华为合作研究锗晶体可能在三进制芯片上运用，另辟蹊径突破国外封锁。
公司回答表示：目前公司并无上述研究项目。
