人民财讯4月2日电，近日江苏金融监管局批复同意江苏农商联合银行开业，在该行开业之日，原江苏省农村信用社联合社自行终止，其债权债务由江苏农商联合银行承继。江苏金融监管局同步核准了该行的股东构成、出资额、持股比例等，其中江苏省财政厅出资额为50亿元，持股比例64.935%，为该行最大股东。
