这尊名为“胜利”的大型雕塑建于1989年10月1日，屹立于胜利广场上，坐南朝北，迎门而立，高达7米，金色的战马，呼啸奔腾，栩栩如生，人民子弟兵立马驰骋，举枪振臂，坚毅自信的雄姿被塑造的淋漓尽致。
