IT之家 4 月 1 日消息，高通今晚发布公告，称其正考虑向英国半导体公司 Alphawave IP Group 发出收购要约。
高通声明称，“目前不能确定最终是否会提出收购，也无法确认具体条款”。根据规定，高通须在当地时间 4 月 29 日下午 5 点前宣布明确收购意向或声明不会推进收购。
受这一消息影响，Alphawave 的股票周二下午在伦敦上涨 48%，市值达到 10.5 亿英镑（IT之家注：现汇率约合 98.55 亿元人民币）。
