万科A公告称，公司全资子公司Wkland Limited拟收购中银集团投资有限公司持有的Wkland Investments II Limited 50%股权，进而获得上海金桥项目100%权益。为完成收购，万科置业有限公司将为买方提供约5亿元的履约担保。该担保在公司2023年度股东大会授权范围内，由公司执行副总裁决策同意。目前，公司担保余额为742.50亿元，占2024年末净资产的36.64%。此次担保后，公司对外担保总额将约为782.79亿元。
