据港交所权益披露，3月31日，Apex Star LLC在小米集团-W的持股比例从8.28%降至7.97%；原因为小米集团在先旧后新配售中发行了新股份。
3月31日，小米集团在港交所公告，配售事项已根据配售及认购协议的条款及条件于3月27日完成，其中合共8亿股配售股份已按每股配售股份53.25港元的配售价由经办人基于最大努力成功配售予不少于6名承配人。
